Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, except when they arrived damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Start the return from My account, choose the items and exact quantities, and add photos when helpful. Eligible requests are approved automatically. We provide a prepaid return label, so the customer does not pay return postage.

Product price and its allocated tax are refunded to the original payment method after the returned parcel is received. Original outbound shipping is normally non-refundable unless Bargain Scout approves it, such as for a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied order. Banks can take several business days to post a completed refund.
